ORDER PROCESSING/ cancellation 

HerMate  - Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to adjust your order. Here’s our policy on order cancellations:

  1. Time Frame for Cancellation:
    • Customers have a window of 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • Should you need to cancel within this time frame, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. (info@hermatehair.com)
  3. Post Cancellation:
    • If you successfully cancel within the allotted 2 hours, your purchase will be refunded in full. However, please allow some processing time depending on your payment method.

We appreciate your understanding and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team. 

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

  1. Order Processing Time:
    • Regular Orders: Will be processed within 3-7 business days.( hair extensions) and 7-14 business days (wig construction) , 3-7 business days(ready to ship wigs)
    • Sales & Pre-orders: Processing times might vary. Specific details will be mentioned during the sale or at the time of pre-ordering.
  2. Shipping Duration:
    • Once shipped, most in-stock items will reach you within 1-5 business days.
    • Please note that the aforementioned timeline starts once you receive the tracking number for your order via email.
  3. Order Tracking:
    • We believe in keeping our customers informed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your order's journey right up to your doorstep or mailbox.
  4. Working Days:
    • We process orders from Monday to Friday.
    • Weekends and holidays are excluded from our processing times.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact customer service.

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.
